#2: Cycling Classes
Yes, the Virtual Fitness Studio comes equipped with four stationary cycling bikes. It’s the perfect setting for doing a solo trip or group ride.
You don’t clip into the bikes like you do at a traditional cycling studio, however. So, make sure to wear comfortable, slip-resistant shoes.
#3: Pilates Classes
Grab a mat and prepare to stretch! Our fitness on demand portal features plenty of Pilates.
There are even some classes that incorporate yoga and Pilates together for a “fusion” experience. Try it out!

Our fitness on demand dashboard has a whole range of body weight classes you can choose from. Give it a go and see how you like it.
#9: Core Classes

Strength training is a blanket term for a lot of classes. That’s why it has it’s own “channel” in our fitness on demand portal.
What’s great about the Wellbeats system is that you can sort and filter your options several different ways. Look for classes under “Strength Training” tagged with the body part and intensity level you’re comfortable with.
That’s how you can build strength strategically and customize your workouts to fit your needs.
#12: On-The-Go Classes
If you live a busy lifestyle, you may not have time to try any of these on-demand fitness classes. But, don’t feel left out!
There’s an entire section of short, on-demand fitness classes called “Office Breaks” you can do anywhere, anytime. Once you learn the moves, you can do mini workouts at your desk, on the couch, or between meetings while you’re on the go.
