Pet Policy

The Pointe Brodie Creek is a proud pet-friendly apartment community! If you have any questions about about the following pet policy, please contact us for more details.

DOGS AND CATS

Only pets 50 pounds and under are allowed. For each pet, resident must pay a one-time, non-refundable fee ($350 for pets 0-35 pounds or $500 for pets 36-50 pounds), an additional $25 monthly pet rent fee. Maximum of two pets per household. There is also an additional $50, one-time DNA fee for dogs.

Dog breed restrictions include aggressive breeds; examples are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chow Chows, etc.

FISH

Aquariums may not exceed 50 gallons and must be placed in a safe location in the apartment. Aquariums 20 gallons or less do not require a fee. Aquariums over 20 gallons require a $300 non-refundable fee. Aquariums over 10 gallons require proof of renters insurance.

BIRDS

Birds smaller than 5 inches do not require a fee. Birds larger than 5 inches require a $300 non-refundable fee.

HAMSTERS, GERBILS, GUINEA PIGS

These pets must remain in cages at all times. No fee required.
