The list of luxury apartment amenities we feature at The Pointe Brodie Creek is extensive. You have your pool, putting green, sports lounge, fitness center…we could go on and on. With so much to do and so little free time, not everyone gets to use all these incredible amenities.

But some of you, we guess, may not even know that some not-so-hidden extras exist beyond the things you see and use every day. Here are six of those amenities, which once you see, you will never forget.

#1: Creek Deck

We are named “The Pointe Brodie Creek” for a reason: the backside edge of the property faces Brodie Creek! After it rains, especially, the creek swells a little bit and you can really see it. Next time you want to have a nice evening outdoors, just head down to the decked lounge we built by Building 8. We hope you enjoy the view.

#2: Picnic Area

You know we have grilling stations, fire pits, and a picnic area in the green space. But, did you know there is another picnic area between Buildings 17 and 21?

This picnic area is surrounded by trees, so it may look a little “hidden.” For that reason, as well, we do not have grilling stations there. (Fire safety!) However, it would be the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal with your neighbors. Check it out one day while the weather is nice!

#3: Poker Lounge

Yes, we all know there is a poker lounge on the second floor of the clubhouse. After you take a tour of our community, take in all the luxury apartment amenities, apply for your apartment, wait to be approved, and finally move in, we can see how it would be easy to forget this room.

But, even if poker is not your favorite game, you should not discount this amenity. The poker lounge is the perfect spot for any kind of game!

We have seen residents reserve this room to play Cards Against Humanity, Monopoly, Apples to Apples…. Just pick your favorite card or board game and have a blast playing it with your friends and family in the poker lounge.

#4: Movie Theater

Our 78-seat movie theater is not just for watching movies. You can use this luxury apartment amenity in many other ways some residents tend to forget about.

Video game consoles, streaming devices, personal laptops…anything with an HDMI connection can be projected on the big screen. We also have an Apple TV if you would like to cast something from your Apple device. So, you can host group classes, viewing parties, gaming tournaments, and more. We have even held live trivia nights there!

#5: Dry Cleaning

One amenity that you cannot really “see” on the property is our dry-cleaning services. Through our partnership with Tide Dry Cleaners, you can drop off and pick up your clothes with a member of our staff. No more running to the dry cleaners before or after work – Tide delivers!

As soon as your laundered items arrive from Tide, we tag your bag and send you a notification that it is ready to pick up. It will then be stored like any other package you receive. Should you ever need to pick up your dry cleaning after our office closes, concierge can help you until 10:00 pm every evening.

#6: Library Books

Our library is more than just a quiet place to study. It also features actual books you are more than welcome to read. Some also happen to be authored by current and previous residents! If you would like to donate a book to the library’s collection, just let a member of the office staff know.
