After you set up an account with Tide, you can drop off and pick up your dry cleaning through our concierge services. Just like when you get a package delivered, as soon as your dry cleaning is dropped off by Tide, we will send you a notification that it is ready to pick up. If the office is closed, a concierge will always be on duty to assist you.

#5: Movie Theater Services

Whether you have two friends or 70 friends over for a movie night, our concierge services will be your go-to during your movie theater reservation. The concierge will help you select your movie from our digital library or assist you with setting up your streaming device. We can also prepare everyone some popcorn to enjoy!

#6: Clubhouse Entertainment

The lighting, temperature, televisions, and sound systems throughout our clubhouse are controlled via an app our concierge has equipped on their phone. If at any time you would like a TV channel changed or the music turned off in a particular room, just let a concierge know. These concierge services really come in handy if you ever need to study in the Library, watch a game in the Sports Lounge, or host a party in the Banquet Room.

#7: Service Requests

Another helpful service that our concierge provides involves assisting our maintenance team. Whenever the maintenance staff completes a work order, a concierge will call you to make sure the task was completed to your liking. If you have any additional concerns or requests, the concierge can notify the maintenance team to perform a follow-up.
