But, before you put in an application, we realize you may need a bit more information to pick out the perfect apartment. We are here to help!

Each apartment building is unique, offering different floor plans, views, etc. That’s why we’ve broken down our apartment community building-by-building so you use our community map as a reference point most successfully.

Floor Plans

We offer one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments with condo-style layouts and luxury amenities:

• Richland – 1 bed, 1 bath, 900 SF
• Harmony – 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,180 SF
• Kingston – 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,250 SF
• Bentley – 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,500 SF

Views

One of the four most important factors to consider before applying for an apartment is the type of view you want. You have three view options to choose from here at The Pointe Brodie Creek:

• Community View
• Pool View
• Woodland View

A pool view means that apartment’s patio or balcony faces our beautiful pool. A woodland view means that apartment’s patio or balcony looks over trees and other natural greenery. A community view means the patio or balcony overlooks a parking lot and other apartment buildings, which is great if you enjoy people watching.

There is no bad view to be found here at The Pointe Brodie Creek. But, if you do have a preference, look out for it noted as an option below. We have designated which views are available in each apartment building.

Amenities

Every resident will have complimentary access to all our amazing amenities. So, get ready to feel like you live in a five-star resort!

With 22 apartment buildings in our community, you will find that some are closer to outdoor amenities you will love and others are closer to our clubhouse.

Inside our clubhouse, you can utilize the following amenities until 10:00 pm daily:

Building #1 faces north and south and lies on the south side of the apartment community. As it’s the first building on the map, Building #1 is closest to the south entrance gate to your left when you enter the community from Bowman Road.

Just south of this building, you will find a deck overlooking Brodie Creek. We also just installed brand-new hammocks here you use to relax!

Building #10 faces northeast and southwest and lies west of Building #9. Here is where the south-facing apartments will get the best views of Brodie Creek!

Building #12 faces north and south and lies north of Building #11 in the very back of the apartment community. We always recommend Building #11 or #12 for anyone who wants the most peaceful and calm surroundings.

Building #12 is also the first building on the northside of the apartment community. So, we recommend you use the north entrance gate to your right when you enter the community from Bowman Road.

Building #18 faces north and south and lies east of Building #17.

For a full woodland view, look for an apartment on the third floor. North-facing apartments on the first and second floor will not have a full woodland view. One or two third-floor apartments facing south will have a great view of the green space.

Building #22 faces south and lies east of Building #16. It is our only two-story apartment building and it only features two apartments, both in our Richland floor plan.

Clubhouse

Inside our clubhouse, we have three-fully furnished apartments located on the second floor called corporate suites. These units are designed for short-term stays, so they are available for month-to-month leases.

Because these units are the only apartments housed inside our three-story clubhouse, staying there will really make you feel like you live in a hotel!
