Each suite is in our three-story clubhouse, affording you the opportunity to utilize the incredible amenities available for our residents. We also take great care of you – all your utilities, dishes, appliances, and linens are included here, and a concierge is on-site every evening to assist you. With the same beautiful finishes as our luxury unfurnished apartments, our corporate apartments will help you to relax as if you were staying in a first-class hotel. Weddington Corporate Suite

Our Weddington corporate apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, coming in at 1,100 square feet. The open living space has a fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, dining table, kitchen island, wine rack with complimentary wine, and designer furniture and décor. Just off the kitchen, you will see a linen closet and laundry room. The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, glass shower, double sink with sitting vanity, and a walk-in closet!

Carlton Corporate Suite

Our Carlton corporate apartment has one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms, coming in at 1,235 square feet.

Just like the Weddington Suite, the Carlton’s living space has an open kitchen, an island with a built-in wine rack, a pantry, a dining table, a flat-screen HDTV, and designer furniture and décor. In addition to the laundry room, you will also find several walk-in closets with open storage. The en suite full bathroom has the same gorgeous soaking tub, glass shower, and double sink with sitting vanity as the Weddington.

Easily the most breathtaking feature of this furnished apartment is the 1,350 square-foot outdoor balcony with a staircase leading down to our resort-style pool and cabanas. It is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing alone on a nice day.

Castleberry Corporate Suite

Our largest corporate apartment, the Castleberry Corporate Suite is 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

As with our Weddington and Carlton suites, in the Castleberry, you will find a stunning open living space with a kitchen, dining area, and lounging area complete with a fireplace and flat-screen HDTV. Just off the living space is a 425 square-foot outdoor balcony you can enjoy.

Both bedrooms are the perfect size and feature beautiful, yet comfortable, modern furniture. The master bedroom even has double-doors opening to a Juliet balconette. The en suite master bathroom is completely private and peaceful with the same luxury amenities as the Weddington and Carlton suites. Although the second bathroom does not have a soaking tub, it does have a glass shower with a rainfall showerhead.

With any of these corporate apartments, you will have access to dozens of communal spaces throughout our clubhouse. Just down the hall alone, you can find our wine cellar, poker lounge, banquet room, and virtual fitness center. We have free WiFi throughout the building, as well!
