Take the following steps to get the apartment application process started and you’re on your way to unrivaled luxury living!

1. Go to the website and click “Apply Now.”

The “Apply Now” button will open a new window into our apartment portal.

2. Enter your search criteria and view available apartments.

From the apartment portal, select your preferred lease term, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and move-in date. Once you click “Search,” the apartments available for rent will pop up, allowing you to compare your options. (You can compare up to three units by selecting the star next to each apartment and clicking the “Compare” button on the upper right-hand portion of the portal).

3. Select the apartment you would like to lease and request a quote.

If you are comparing several apartments, review each apartment’s features and then click “Select” under to the apartment you would like to apply for. Or, from the initial list of search results, you can click “Select” next to the apartment you want without comparing it to another apartment.

4. Accept the apartment quote and begin the application process.

Review the information on this screen and make sure the lease term you want is selected. Then, click “Continue” to generate an application for the apartment.

5. Complete the application.

The application will pop up, prompting you to fill in your information. Once you have completed all the fields, the first big step in the apartment application process is complete! Just pay the application fee and deposit (which is refundable in the event you get denied or later choose not to rent the apartment) via the portal.

6. Wait to receive follow-up questions from the leasing team.

You will receive a phone call from the leasing office once your finish your application. They will confirm your requested move in date, ask if you would like to add any rentable items to your apartment quote (garage, gym locker, etc.), and verify your income amount and previous addresses listed in your application.

7. Send the leasing team your income verification documents.

The leasing team will begin verifying your previous addresses by sending verification documents to each location you listed in your application. To verify your income and make sure you qualify for the apartment you selected, they will ask you to send them a copy of your three most recent pay stubs. (There are exceptions for students, business owners, etc. Consult the leasing team if you have any questions.) The faster these documents come in, the quicker your apartment application process will be!

8. Wait to hear about your approval!

At this stage, all you have to do is wait! Whether you are approved or denied, you will receive an email from the office staff regarding your leasing status.
