If you’re living in an apartment in Little Rock, The Pointe Brodie Creek is where you want to be. Yes, our luxury amenities and beautiful apartments are unbeatable, but the community is what makes us unique. 2017 was a great year for us and the number one reason why was you. Our residents are at the center of everything we do, so we had to take a moment to highlight all the memories we have with you from the past year. We also have some guesses as to what is coming in 2018, so read on to see our predictions!

Our Fourth Birthday

Last Spring, we celebrated our fourth year in business with an amazing birthday bash. Pizza, cupcakes, cocktails…we had it all. It made us feel so wonderful to be able to share the milestone with all of you.

Watch Parties

Who doesn’t love our big, beautiful movie theater? It’s the perfect place to have a massive movie night or watch party with 77 of your closest friends. Last year, we had a Super Bowl Watch Party and an Elf Movie Night. Both events were so much fun to put together!

Live Trivia Nights

After a resident requested a live trivia night, we just had to make it happen. What an amazing idea, right? The first event went so well in February that we had another one in July! We discovered that you guys are a competitive bunch – the movie theater was packed each time with teams ready to win. Once the night was over and all answers had been turned in, we gave away first, second, and third place prizes to the teams that earned the most points.

Pool Parties

Our swimming pool was getting a little bit of work done this past Spring, which left many residents waiting in anticipation for it to reopen. Once it did open in May, it became the place everyone wanted to be all summer – the perfect setting for our Red, White & Brew Bash! We had a build-your-own hot dog station, craft beer, and fun favors for all to enjoy. It was also quite nice having a pool party every week to enjoy the summer weather for Thirsty Thursday.

Networking Night

Our community is the perfect place to network with your neighbors and build new relationships. So, back in September, we held a networking event to help get those conversations started. Watch the video above to get a look inside the event!

Lounge & Learn Videos

Last year, we launched a video series called “Lounge & Learn” as a way to sit down with our residents and staff members and get to know them better. Each person had an interesting perspective on life, a passion for their profession, and a unique perspective on making things happen and becoming successful.

What Is Coming in 2018?

2018 will be a monumental year for us as we celebrate our fifth birthday. For five whole years we have been offering luxury apartment living in Little Rock and it has been such an honor and a privilege. You can expect to receive an invitation to our biggest birthday party yet! We also plan to do some fun contests and giveaways leading up to this major milestone.

Every new year also presents the question, “What else can we do?” What kinds of new events should we plan? What types of amenities could we develop? How can we continue to make The Pointe Brodie Creek the best place to live in Little Rock?
