Outdoor Dining in Little Rock: 8 Restaurants with Amazing Patios

It’s that time of year when we start coming out of hibernation and craving a little libation on a peaceful patio with all kinds of ambiance. We know exactly what you seek, and there are lots of restaurants in Little Rock with excellent outdoor dining options.
Since you enjoyed our local winery and healthy restaurant recommendations, we have a feeling you will love paying these eight patios a visit!
#1: Petit & Keet
The only way to start this list is with the reigning “Best Patio Dining” winner, Petit & Keet.
If you look at the picture above, you will see exactly why AY About You readers selected this spot as their favorite. It doesn’t hurt that the restaurant serves a drool-worthy food menu and hosts regular events like Wednesday Wine Flights and Thursday DIY Martini Nights!
#2: 42 Bar & Table
What gets us about the outdoor patio at 42 Bar & Table is the stunning view it offers of the Clinton Presidential Pedestrian bridge on the Arkansas River.
It’s a nice spot for lunch if you’re working Downtown during the week. Or you can enjoy a candlelit dinner reservation with a great drink on the weekends.
#3: La Terraza Rum & Lounge
Considering “La Terraza” translates to “The Terrace” in Spanish, we have a feeling this restaurant’s outdoor dining space was the inspiration behind its name!
La Terraza in Hillcrest offers both an open terrace and a private patio if you want to enjoy rum cocktails and Venezuelan classics like arepas and empanadas in this warm spring weather.
#4: U.S. Pizza Hillcrest
Just down the street from La Terraza is another great restaurant with an amazing patio: U.S. Pizza.
While they have locations all over Arkansas, U.S. Pizza’s Hillcrest secluded spot easily offers the best outdoor dining near our apartment community.
We recommend checking out their patio during brunch when you can get a $4 Mimosa or $5 Bloody Mary with a breakfast pizza or frittata.
P.S. Their West Little Rock location on Rahling Road has a nice, covered patio, too, if you don’t mind the view of the Promenade at Chenal!
#5: Red Door
At the bottom of Cantrell Hill, one of our favorite spots to go for outdoor dining is Red Door. They have a fantastic front deck and a beautiful back patio!
Just asked to be seated outside next time you stop by for some nice burgers, steaks, or seafood. Brunch is also amazing if you order one of their huge breakfast skillets.
#6: Brave New Restaurant
You may think you’re lost when you arrive at Brave New Restaurant in Riverdale, but don’t let the office building entrance confuse you. Upstairs is one amazing outdoor patio that overlooks Downtown Little Rock and the Arkansas River!
Go enjoy a decadent dinner en plein air and sip something from their excellent wine list.
#7: YaYa’s Euro Bistro
Closer to our next of the woods, The Promenade at Chenal has some five-star restaurants with perfect outdoor patios. Our favorite? YaYa’s Euro Bistro!
Their patio is best enjoyed during happy hour, when you can order a $3 draft beer, $5 martini, or $6 glass of wine and take half-off small plates like bruschetta, calamari, and crab cakes.
#8: Big Orange West
Just down the sidewalk from YaYa’s in the Promenade is our favorite burger bistro, Big Orange.
We love that every single month they offer a unique burger special and shake special, along with fresh seasonal cocktails that are absolutely delicious to devour on their outdoor patio.
