Are you looking for luxury apartments in Little Rock with all utilities paid? You will be hard-pressed to find a better utility package than the one we have at The Pointe Brodie Creek. With our utility package, all your utilities (except for electricity) are covered in one price that is included in your monthly rent and service costs. All in all, you will get six utilities paid for just $80 in a one-bedroom apartment, $90 in a two-bedroom apartment, or $100 in a three-bedroom apartment.

If you look at the individual costs of each utility without this package, altogether, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars every month at a minimum to get the same service. So, how does our utility package work? What does it cover? Below, we explain it all.

Water, Sewer, & Trash

The first three utilities covered in our utility package are water, sewer, and trash. To get these utilities up and running, all you have to do is pay your first month’s rent and move in.

Alarm System

Every apartment at The Pointe Brodie Creek is equipped with a monitored alarm system. As the fourth utility covered by our utility package, your alarm system is completely controlled by you. When you complete your new resident paperwork, our leasing team will ask give you an alarm code. Once you move in, you can use this code to arm and disarm your apartment.

Your alarm system is then monitored by a 24-hour call center, so authorities will be called in the case of an intrusion. There are fees associated with false alarms, so it’s important to make sure all occupants are aware of what the alarm code is and how to use the alarm system.

Pest Control

The fifth utility covered in our utility package is pest control services. Our pest control partner visits the property weekly to perform preventative services for all buildings and grounds on a rotational basis. If at any time you discover unwanted pests in your home, we can submit a service request to resolve the issue. That work is at no cost to you.

High-Speed Wi-Fi

Wireless high-speed Internet from AT&T U-Verse is the sixth utility covered in our utility package.

Once you are approved to live at The Pointe Brodie Creek, our leasing team will send you a confirmation email with details on how to activate your Internet. Essentially, you will call the number provided to contact AT&T and set up a time for a representative to come in and set up your equipment.

At that time, you can also request an upgrade to your Internet package. For example,you could increase your Internet speed for an additional monthly fee. AT&T will bill you separately for anything you add on to the package.

Not Included: Electricity

The one and only utility not paid via our convenient utility package is electricity. Electricity for our area is provided by Entergy, with which you will need to set up an account before you will be permitted to move in. Depending on your own consumption habits, your electricity bills will vary. To give you a general idea of how much you will pay, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the average residential electricity bill in Arkansas in 2022 was $107.
