Concierge Services

At the top of our list of hotel-like amenities is concierge services. Every afternoon and evening, you can find a member of our concierge staff in the clubhouse ready to assist you. They can help you with everything from local directions and recommendations to clubhouse reservations and your packages, just like a hotel concierge would. They even pop popcorn for you when you reserve the movie theater.

Resort-Style Pool with Cabanas

As described in that visualization exercise, our pool is perhaps the most peaceful part of our property. You can easily be transported to a tropical island vacation with an afternoon in one of our cabanas. The sound of the water and the fountains flowing into the pool can de-stress anyone after a long day at work. We also have poolside fire pits if you want to relax by the pool after the sun goes down.

Luxurious Lounges

Like a hotel, our 5-star clubhouse functions like a lobby with multiple places to lounge and enjoy being alone or with friends. We also have free Wi-Fi throughout the clubhouse, so you can surf the Internet on every floor.

In the mornings, you can start your day with free Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, or tea in our Cyber Café. This lounge also features a business center, so you can access the available computers and print anything you need.

Perhaps our favorite lounge area, the Sports Lounge, has a shuffleboard table and two billiards tables, plus a full bar that we utilize every Thursday for Happy Hour from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. (In the summer, however, we move our Happy Hour event to the poolside bar outside.) Come by and get two complimentary drinks from our bartender.

24-hour Fitness Center

No two residents in our community have the same schedule, which makes our 24-hour fitness center so convenient. You are welcome to work out there any time of day or night, depending on what works best for you. We have club-quality PRECOR fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, and more. Most hotels do not even offer a 24-hour convenience like that.

Putting Green

Love getting in a round of golf whenever you go on vacation? Get a taste of a resort-style golf course with a quiet afternoon at our putting green. It’s right next to the bocce ball court near the back side of our property.

Conference Room

Need to meet with a client, colleague, or group? Our conference room is free for residents to reserve. The conference room’s television is perfect for showing presentations, doing teleconferences, and undergoing training sessions. If you need the music in the conference room changed or silenced, just let a member of our concierge staff know.

Corporate Suites

In the clubhouse, we also have three, fully-furnished corporate suites. These units are available for short-term leases, so anyone needing a place to stay in Little Rock can enjoy a mini-vacation at our luxury hotel-like apartment community.
