When you apply for residency at The Pointe Brodie Creek, standard application fees apply, including a $65 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and $250 security deposit. However, for applicants employed by one of our Preferred Employers, there's an exceptional benefit in store.

Upon approval and move-in, the $65 application fee is applied as a credit to your first month's rent, effectively providing you with a $65 discount—a warm welcome to your new home at The Pointe Brodie Creek!
