Clubhouse Tour

Our three-story, modern clubhouse is over 20,000 square feet. Every luxurious amenity was planned with your lifestyle in mind, making sure that there was something special for residents of all ages. Leasing Office: Our leasing consultants will greet you at the front door and help you with anything you may need. When the office is closed at night, a concierge will be on duty to assist you.

Conference Room: This private, modern conference room features a large HDTV perfect for presentations, group study sessions, or other meetings. The beautifully-carved wooden table and glass chandelier are the centerpieces of the room, which is free for residents to reserve.

Library: Looking for a quiet place to read or study? You have found it here. Comfortable couches and chairs abound and the bookshelves are home to a variety of titles, including some written by our residents!

Sports Lounge: This upscale lounge features two pool tables, a shuffleboard table, multiple TVs, and a bar where we enjoy happy hour from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday nights, an event we call “Thirsty Thursday.”

Cyber Café: Until 1 pm every weekday and Saturday, our business center has a Starbucks machine available featuring coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. If you need a computers or printer, we have those available as well.

Outdoor Patio and Swimming Pool: The stunning clubhouse pool area includes luxury amenities like a pool bar (where we hold Thirsty Thursday during the Spring and Summer), outdoor seating, cabanas, and fire pits surrounding a resort-style swimming pool. We also have a full outdoor patio with a fireplace, heaters, and fans.

Concierge Desk: In the main room of the clubhouse, we have a concierge desk where you can find a member of our staff for assistance every afternoon and evening until the clubhouse closes at 10:00 pm. They can offer you local recommendations and directions or help you with your packages, dry cleaning, clubhouse reservations, and more.

Fitness Center: We have a 24-hour gym featuring Precor equipment. If you would like to utilize one of our fitness center lockers, they are available for rent.

Tanning Rooms: There are two private, 12-minute, stand-up tanning beds just outside the fitness center on the main floor of the clubhouse.

Poker Lounge and Wine Cellar: If you purchase a clubhouse membership, you will have open access to the poker lounge and wine cellar on the second floor. The wine cellar includes a tasting room and wine lockers, so you can reserve a locker, store your wine, and enjoy it whenever you like. The poker lounge inside has cards, chips, and other games you can play. If you are not a member, you can still reserve these rooms (for a fee) for special events.

Banquet Room: Our banquet room is the perfect location for all kinds of parties and celebrations. You can reserve the space by the hour (for a fee) through our leasing office.

Virtual Fitness Studio: You will never miss a workout ever again. Our virtual fitness studio has an on-demand fitness kiosk you can use anytime the clubhouse is open. Classes include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, and more.

Movie Theater: Our 78-seat movie theater occupies the third floor of the clubhouse. It’s free to reserve and our concierge will gladly pop some popcorn and load up a flick of your choice from our 3,000-title digital library. If you would rather, you can bring in your own movie, streaming device, or gaming system to play during your reservation. The space can also be used for seminars, classes, and other large presentations.

Outside of the clubhouse, you will find several incredible amenities on the grounds. This includes a large green space that features grills, picnic tables, and plenty of space to play. We also have a bocce ball court, putting green, playground, and pet park.
