Can you tell me when an apartment will become available at The Pointe Brodie Creek and how much the rent will be?
If you are looking several months in advance of your potential move-in date, we applaud you for doing your research! Unfortunately, we cannot predict exactly when an apartment will become available or if it will be in your price range. Our prices change daily and will vary depending on your move-in date and lease term. Current residents must give at least a 60-day notice if they intend to move out of their apartment at the end of their lease term. Therefore, we generally operate on a 60-day forecast regarding upcoming availability. However, our online leasing portal always reflects our most up-to-date options. We encourage you to click on the Apply Now button and visit our online leasing portal to monitor our apartment availability and pricing.
How does the application process work at The Pointe Brodie Creek ?
The application process is completed entirely online. It’s so easy! When you click on the Availability button, it will take you to our online leasing portal. After you select an apartment and complete the application, you will be charged a $250 security deposit and a $150 administration fee. Each occupant 18 and older will also be charged a $65 application fee. The application system will automatically conduct a credit check and background check. To qualify for an apartment, you must pass these checks and have positive rental history. (Note: We also require the combined income of your household meets or exceeds 3 times the monthly rent amount. To verify your income, we require a copy of your most recent W2 and three most recent pay stubs.)
How much do utilities cost at The Pointe Brodie Creek ?
With our convenient utility packages, the cost of your apartment’s AT&T U-verse cable, Internet, water, sewage, trash, pest control, and alarm system are completely covered for just $70, $80, or $90 a month (for one bedroom, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms, respectively. This package will be added to your monthly rent amount). Altogether, this saves you at least $200 a month! The only utility not included in this package is electricity, which you pay separately through Entergy. Before moving in, you must set up an Entergy account for your apartment. The anticipated monthly bill amount varies depending on your apartment size and personal consumption habits.
Does The Pointe Brodie Creek offer short-term rentals?
Yes! Our leases start at 3 months and go up to 15 months. We also offer short-term, month-to-month rentals for our furnished apartments. There are several furnished apartments (called corporate suites) located throughout our community. All utilities, housewares, linens, and furnishings are included in one monthly rate.
