Have you been living under a rock the last year? If so, you should know The Pointe Brodie Creek has a resident app! From submitting service requests to reserving one of our amenities, you can do all kinds of things in our app with just a few taps of your finger.

Today, we will explain step-by-step how to use the app to reserve an amenity in our clubhouse like the Movie Theater, Conference Room, Banquet Room, or Poker Lounge!

Step #1: Get the App

Before we go any further, you need to make sure you download our app! Just search for “Richardson Management” in the App Store or Google Play Store and you will find it.

Once you download it and enter your information, it will confirm your resident account here in our apartment community and allow you to open The Pointe Brodie Creek app.

Important Note: The Pointe Brodie Creek app is for residents only. If you’re not a resident, or if you’re a new resident that has yet to move in, you will be unable to gain access.

Step #2: Tap the Right Tile

As soon as you open The Pointe Brodie Creek app, you will notice a series of content tiles across the homepage. The first one you should see is called “Events & Happenings.”

To start reserving an amenity, just scroll past the first tile and find the tile that says, “Amenity Reservations.”

Step #3: Select an Amenity

Once you tap on the correct tile, you will see there are four reservable amenities: The Conference Room, Movie Theater, Banquet Room, and Poker Lounge.

Select the room you would like to reserve, and you then will see more details pop up about that amenity.

Step #4: Review the Rules

Here is when you should take a moment and review the rules for the room you are about to reserve. Each amenity has certain rules and restrictions that every resident needs to know!

Important Note: If you would like to reserve the Banquet Room, there are fees associated. For more information, pay attention to the Banquet Room section of the Amenity Reservations tile. After you submit your reservation request, we will ask you to pre-pay these fees and complete a confirmation form by visiting the staff in our front office.

Step #5: Open Your Resident Portal

After you review the rules for any amenity, you can tap on the link in the tile to reserve that amenity. That link will open the Resident Portal login screen. (You can also skip Steps #1-4 and open the link to our Resident Portal right here on our website.)

Now, you can log in using the username and password you created when you first applied for your apartment here at The Pointe Brodie Creek.

Pro Tip: Go ahead and bookmark this page in your browser. That way, next time you want to reserve an amenity, you can just log into your account and go!

Step #6: Reserve the Amenity

You’re almost done now! Once inside your Resident Portal dashboard, tap on the menu and look for “Reservations.”

Once you tap on Reservations, it’s time to select your reservation details:

  • Our clubhouse has different hours on different days, which means you can only reserve a room when we are open. So, you need to make sure you select the correct amenity for the correct day when making you reservation. (For example, if you want to reserve the Poker Lounge any day Monday through Friday, look for “Weekday Poker Lounge.” Likewise, if you want to reserve the Movie Theater for a Saturday or Sunday, look for “Saturday Movie Theater” or “Sunday Movie Theater.”)
  • After that, select your preferred calendar date and time slot. If you are unable to select the date and time you like, it means that room is not available for that date or time.
  • Pro Tip: The initial time slot you select may not be long enough for the full reservation you would like to make. If you want a longer reservation and the room is available, you can reserve back-to-back time slots!

Voila! After you confirm your reservation, the reservation should appear in your Reservations on the Resident Portal.
