#1: Square Footage 

Right off the bat, you will notice that the Richland floor plan is approximately 900 square feet. Yes, 900 square feet! Most two-bedroom apartments in Little Rock start around 1,000!

Based on sheer square footage alone, a one-bedroom apartment here at The Pointe Brodie Creek can offer you so much space. 

Where will you see it most? Imagine lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, extra amenities in the bathroom, and an outdoor living area where you actually have room to enjoy the outdoors.

#2: Gourmet Kitchen

The gourmet, eat-in kitchens in our one-bedroom apartments are a dream come true for home chefs that love to whip up amazing meals. With all the extra cabinet space, you have plenty of room to store all your favorite kitchen gadgets and pantry supplies.

You will especially appreciate that the kitchen island has room for counter height seating, which is perfect for entertaining guests. You can even store a full case of wine inside the island’s built-in wine rack!

#3: Separate Shower & Tub

A cramped, closet-sized bathroom is typical in a one-bedroom apartment, but it is certainly not luxurious. You know what is luxurious? A 140 square-foot bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and separate, full-sized soaking tub you will get in our Richland floor plan.

What’s even more luxurious is that the shower has both a regular and rainfall showerhead – you can run them separately if you have a preference or run them together for the ultimate spa shower experience.

Simply put, the features you will find in the bathrooms of our one-bedroom apartments are just unheard of in Little Rock.

#4: Laundry Room

If they even include in-unit laundry, most one-bedroom apartments in Little Rock will come with a stacked washer/dryer unit or enclose the washer and dryer in a small closet. Not here at The Pointe Brodie Creek!

Conveniently located inside the bathroom of our Richland floor plan, you will find a separate laundry room with hook-ups for a full-sized washer and dryer and a shelf where you can store your detergent, dryer sheets, and more.

Don’t have your own washer and dryer? No problem! You can rent a set from us for just $50 a month.

#5: Patio or Balcony

We understand that in today’s apartment market, smaller is usually better when you’re trying to be more energy efficient. But if making a unit more economical means losing valuable outdoor living space, it’s not going to be worth it for everyone.
