Customer Service

Excellent customer service is so key to maintaining our reputation as the best apartments in Little Rock. This standard goes for our leasing team, maintenance team, concierge team, and management team.

One thing that sets our apartment community apart in this department is that we have late-night and weekend concierge services. At those times, a member of our concierge team is on duty to help you with anything you may need. They even follow-up with you after every maintenance request completed for your apartment just to make sure your issue was addressed and you are happy with the service.

Resident Events

“Thirsty Thursday” is a happy hour event we hold every single Thursday night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. It is a great opportunity for residents to relax, mix, and mingle while enjoying complimentary beverages. During Spring and Summer, we utilize our poolside bar, so residents can soak up the sunshine outside. During Fall and Winter, we bring the event inside to our Sports Lounge where everyone can play pool, shuffleboard, and other games.

Outside of a weekly happy hour, we also like to hold at least one special event every month. For example, last month we had a private wine tasting at Zin Wine Bar in West Little Rock.

To continue to make Brodie Creek living the best apartment living in Little Rock, we recently distributed a survey that allowed residents to vote on the events and programs they would like to see happen this year. Once the results came in, it helped us plan more exciting things for 2018.

Pet-Friendly Apartments

Our apartment community is very pet-friendly. As mentioned in the review above, we have a pet park that features an agility course, rolling hills, and plenty of open space for dogs to run and play. We also keep dog treats in the front office, should you ever want to bring yours by to say hi!

Potential residents need to keep in mind, however, that we do have a pet policy that restricts your apartment to two dogs or cats. Some dog breeds, especially, are more apartment-friendly that others. So, we do have breed instructions as well as weight restrictions. Fish, birds, and other pets are also welcome to live with you at The Pointe Brodie Creek.
