But if you’re looking for a two-bedroom apartment, we have two options to choose from: the Harmony and the Kingston.

So, how do you know which floor plan will fit your needs perfectly? There are a few key differences between the two we can explore to help you pick an apartment and apply online now.

Square Footage

The most obvious difference between the two is the square footage!

While both two-bedroom apartments also have two modern bathrooms, a luxurious living room, an eat-in island kitchen, a dining area, and a private outdoor patio or balcony, the Harmony is approximately 1,180 square feet and the Kingston is approximately 1,250 square feet. 

With the extra square footage of the Kingston floor plan, you get a true master suite you cannot find in the Harmony. We’re talking two picture windows in the bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a soaking tub, and massive walk-in closet.

Remember that due to its larger size, the rent for a Kingston will likely be more than that of a Harmony. Rent prices also vary per floor plan depending on the view and floor level.

Bedroom Locations

Speaking of bedrooms, you may notice from looking at the renderings of our two-bedroom apartments pictured above that the bedrooms are not in the same locations in both floor plans. 

The two bedrooms in the Harmony floor plan are located on opposite sides of the living room. In the Kingston floor plan, they share a wall on one side of the living room.

Bedroom Sizes

Most people on the search for a new apartment in Little Rock want to know not only where the two bedrooms are located, but how big they are. 

We are happy to break down the bedroom sizes for you!

Harmony:

• Bedroom 1 – approximately 11x13 (ensuite bathroom)
• Bedroom 2 – approximately 13x13

Kingston:

• Master Bedroom – approximately 12x13 (ensuite bathroom)
• Guest Bedroom – approximately 10x14

Laundry Room Locations

Did you know all our floor plans come with a laundry room with full-size washer and dyer connections? If you don’t have your own set, you can rent a washer and dryer from us for only $50 a month!

The laundry room in the Harmony floor plan is inside the larger bathroom. But in the Kingston floor plan, the laundry room is located just outside the master suite next to the dining nook. 

Closet Locations

Another fun fact about the luxury apartments here at The Pointe Brodie Creek is that every bedroom has a walk-in closet! 

For the Harmony floor plan, both walk-in closets are located inside the bedrooms. 

In the Kingston floor plan, remember the master walk-in closet is located inside the ensuite bathroom. In the guest bedroom, the closet is inside the bedroom itself.

Closet Sizes

Will your wardrobe fit comfortably in your new walk-in closet? We don’t just think so, we know so!

Harmony:

• Bedroom 1 – approximately 5x7
• Bedroom 2 – approximately 4x6

Kingston:
