5 Add-On Amenities Available With Your Luxury Apartment

Living in our luxury apartment community and utilizing our amenities offers all kinds of free perks.
You can cancel your gym membership, cut out your afternoon Starbucks visits, and stop paying to visit a tanning salon when you take advantage of our 24-hour Fitness Center, complimentary Starbucks® Coffee & Teavana Tea Bar, and private Tanning Rooms.
But, when you apply online, you may notice there are several other amenities available to add to your lease agreement.
These five add-on amenities are optional enhancements to your living experience here at The Pointe Brodie Creek. Want to learn more about them? Let’s go!
#1: Washer & Dryer
No matter which luxury apartment you choose here in our community, every floor plan includes a laundry room with washer and dryer connections.
You are welcome to bring your own set with you, or you can rent a set from us for $50 a month.
It’s an easy add-on amenity we will install in your new apartment before you move in!
#2: Garage
With your luxury apartment, you are permitted to park up to two vehicles for free via the open lot parking available next to every building.
However, if your household has more than two vehicles, we do require you add a garage or carport to your lease for each additional vehicle.
Of course, you can always add a garage onto your lease agreement just to have a garage! It’s the most secure parking option we offer and only costs you $100 extra a month.
When you are applying for an apartment online, just add a garage to your quote if you would like to have one.
Once we receive and approve your application, a leasing consultant can help you select an unattached garage located closest to your new home. You will then be issued a programmed garage door opener at move-in to enter and exit your garage.
#3: Carport
In addition to open parking spaces and garages, we also offer covered parking options. You can help protect your vehicle from the elements by renting a carport near your apartment building for $45 a month.
When you select this add-on amenity, a leasing consultant will help you select a designated space closest to your new apartment.
At move in, you will receive a hang tang you must always place on your rearview mirror when parked. This helps our staff verify that your vehicle is permitted to park there.
If another resident or guest ever parks in your designated carport, we can and will tow the vehicle at the owner’s expense. For assistance, just contact our office during the day or leave a message for the courtesy officer at night.
#4: Wine Locker
The beautiful Wine Cellar you see pictured above offers the perfect amount of space to store your favorite wines.
All together, we have 55 wine lockers in the Wine Cellar, and you can add one to your lease for just $10 a month.
When you reserve this add-on amenity, we will also install a custom nameplate on the wine locker you select.
You can store up to 20 bottles of wine in your wine locker, which is perfect for anytime entertaining. Just reserve the Poker Lounge attached to the Wine Cellar in your resident portal to secure the space whenever you would like to host a wine tasting for a few friends.
#5: Gym Locker
Whether you’re trying out a new fitness routine or maintaining a consistent workout regimen, you will love the fact that our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Plus, if you need a convenient place to store your workout equipment, you can rent a gym locker inside the Fitness Center for just $10 a month. It’s so convenient!
Once you add a gym locker onto your lease agreement, a leasing consultant will help you pick out the perfect spot and issue you a key to lock and unlock it.
