Whether you’re relocating to Little Rock or lived here for many years, we always recommend you start your apartment search by going online. 

Trying a simple Google search for “luxury apartments in Little Rock” is always a good idea, but you can also use apartment listing websites to view all our options at once.

Apartments.com is the industry leader for apartment rental listings, so virtually every local apartment community can be found there. They make it easy to filter your options by price, bedrooms, type, move-in date, and more to see what’s available.

We also love Apartment List, which features a digital concierge experience that evaluates your needs and offers personalized recommendations for apartments that fit your criteria.

Touring Apartments

After you make a list of three to five favorites, you’re ready to start looking at your options in more detail.

Visit each community’s website, explore their social media accounts, and read over their reviews. If you like what you see, it’s time to schedule some tours!

Here at The Pointe Brodie Creek, we have several touring options to suit your needs (virtual, in person, etc.).

Make sure to ask the staff at each property any questions you need to gain more clarity and narrow down your options. Our leasing team also has a few tips you can review to gain some additional insight on what to look for and ask about.  

Comparing Apartments

After you’ve picked and toured your favorite apartments, it’s time to compare apples to apples and decide where you want to apply. 

Some of the most important factors to compare are the location, amenities, availability, and, of course, price. If you haven’t already, don’t forget to ask each property about their monthly fees and move-in specials to see how they may factor into the advertised rent pricing.

Here at The Pointe Brodie Creek, we rarely offer specials or discounts. However, we do have a Preferred Employer Program that could earn you $50 off your first month’s rent.

That may not sound like a lot, but when you consider how much money you will save with our utility package, community amenities, and energy-efficient apartments, there are very few communities that can compete with what we have to offer! 

Selecting an Apartment

Applying for an Apartment

Our Interactive Floor Plan Browser makes it very easy to see the apartments we have available and apply for one. We even have an interactive map to show you where each one is in our community!

Once you find one you like, just tap on the Apply button next to the unit description to start filling out an online application. (We suggest you act fast, because the apartment you want will only be taken off the market once you complete your application and pay the application fees.)

Being thorough and paying attention to every detail is crucial during the application process. We don’t want you to miss a thing, so check out the resources we have here to help you through it:

At the time you apply, we will charge you a $50 application fee (per applicant), a $150 administrative fee, and a $150 security deposit. 

In the event you are denied, the administrative fee and security deposit will be refunded. In the event you are approved, we will let you know what the prorated rent amount will be for the day you move in.

Moving Into an Apartment

The apartment hunting process isn’t over until you move into your new home and make it your own. For those that need a little help getting there, we have a few more resources to show you!

First, there is a list of 15 people that need to be informed of your new address. Don’t forget to tell them!

Then, look at some of the common mistakes new residents make on their move-in day. You can avoid a lot of headaches if you follow our advice!
