Are you ready to see inside our luxury apartment community? A tour is exactly what you need to visualize what it would be like to live here and use all our amazing amenities.

But, with the world we live in today, we know how important it is for you to have options. That’s why we don’t just offer in-person tours.

You have three touring options to choose from and seven days a week to make an appointment. So, let’s discover which one works best for you! 

#1: In-Person Tour

The classic, in-person apartment tour is still an option here at The Pointe Brodie Creek. You can check out our clubhouse, see inside a couple apartments, and ask our staff any questions you have about applying.

In-person tours look a little different now, however, thanks to COVID-19. To keep our residents, staff, and visitors safe, here is how we are hosting them: 

1. You must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
2. You must answer a COVID-19 questionnaire to confirm you are not a health risk to our community.
3. You must wear a face covering during your tour. If you do not have one, we can provide one.
4. You must confirm you do not have a fever by taking your temperature at our contactless kiosk.
5. You must sign the COVID-19 tour waiver available inside our office.
6. You must leave a photo ID in our office while on your tour.

Once all six steps are complete, get ready to be shown what luxury living in Little Rock looks like!

#2: Go Solo Tour

Would you like to see an apartment in person, but stay socially distant from our staff? We can easily accommodate you!

We offer Go Solo tours, which allow you to schedule an appointment and visit vacant apartments without a leasing consultant.

The same steps for an in-person tour are required when you elect to do a self-guided tour. The only portion that will be a little different is that before you visit, you will have to create an account in our leasing portal and generate quotes for the apartments you want to see.

Keys to those apartments will be left at the front desk or with our concierge staff. Then, you are free to experience our luxurious kitchens and beautiful bathrooms on your own.

#3: Virtual Tour

The safest way to see an apartment here at The Pointe Brodie Creek is to set up a virtual tour.

Our staff is happy to show you around on FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or any other platform you prefer!

We do still ask that you make an appointment at least 24 hours advance. This way, we can make sure in-person appointments do not coincide with your virtual appointment.
