We’re calling this new program Go Solo because you can show yourself around on your own schedule. It’s perfect for anyone who is unable to visit our community during regular office hours.

If there’s a luxury apartment (or two) you want to see before you apply, now you can tour it in your own time!

How a Self-Guided Apartment Tour Works

Before you embark on a self-guided apartment tour, we need to lay down some ground rules first:

1. Go Solo tours are only an option for vacant apartments. You cannot tour an apartment if someone is currently living in it and has yet to move out.
2. You are permitted to tour a maximum of two apartments per Go Solo appointment.
3. You can only tour an apartment after creating a profile and generating a quote in our online leasing portal. Then, you need to schedule your self-guided tour through our office staff.
4. When you arrive for your tour, you must present your government-issued ID to a member of our staff so we can verify your identity. We will hold your ID until the completion of your tour.
5. Once we have your ID, we will give you a key to the apartment(s) you would like to tour and direct you towards the apartment’s location in our community.
6. Enjoy touring the apartment!

These rules apply to anyone 18 years of age and over. All individuals wishing to view the apartment must be present at the beginning of the tour and at the end of the tour.

Once your tour is complete, drop off the key(s) with our staff and we will return your ID.

What to Consider on Your Go Solo Tour

After you unlock the front door and walk into the apartment(s), take your time and soak up all the luxurious, condo-style features.

You’re going to love the open floor plans, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, designer carpeting, crown molding, walk-in closets, spa showers, and more!

Next, we recommend you check out the view. There are no “bad” views here, but you simply may prefer one luxury apartment’s view over another’s.

How to Set Up a Self-Guided Apartment Tour

Are you ready to set up your first self-guided apartment tour? It’s very easy to get started.

1. First, visit our online leasing portal and view the apartments we have available. Any apartment listed as “Available Now” can be viewed during a Go Solo tour. If there is a date listed instead, that means the apartment is currently occupied and can only be viewed after that date.
2. Once you select an apartment in the online leasing portal, complete your profile by generating a quote for your potential move-in date.
3. After you complete your profile and generate a quote, you must schedule your Go Solo appointment with our staff at least 24 hours prior to your desired tour time. You can contact us via text, call, or email.
4. Then, we will verify the information you provided matches your profile and prepare the needed key(s). The key(s) will be left in a Go Solo packet you can pick up once you arrive your appointment and supply us your ID.

Self-guided apartment tours are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
