Our community amenities range from an 82-seat movie theater to a resort-style pool with poolside cabanas. With what we have available for all residents to use, this review is true in saying our amenities even help you save money.

Need some examples? Well, if you frequent our 24-hour fitness center instead of buying a gym membership, you can save (on average) $58 a month or $696 a year.

Our tanning beds, dry cleaning services, etc. are all amenities our team can assist you with. A staff member will happily start a 12-minute tanning session for you in our stand-up tanning beds and fetch your dry cleaning from our secure storage room after it’s dropped off by Tide Dry Cleaners.

A brand-new amenity we have for residents living at The Pointe Brodie Creek is a package locker system from Package Concierge. Mail carriers check in your package and place it in a locker, then you get a delivery notification and can pick it up 24 hours a day.

On a weekly basis, we have happy hour every Thursday and offer our residents two complimentary drinks. Monthly, we even plan larger community events like movie nights, live trivia nights, pool parties, wine tastings, and more.
