It’s that time of year when everyone is on the hunt for great deals and special discounts. But what would you say if we told you we have great deals and discounts available year-round?

We’ve already explained how easy it is to reserve an amenity, submit a service request, make a bulletin board post, and RSVP to events using our app. But now, it’s time to save you some money.

Let’s get started! 

Step #1: Download Our App

If you want access to The Pointe Brodie Creek Perks, you need to activate your Community Rewards account. Already did that? Skip to Step #2! 

To locate our app, just search for Community Rewards in your App Store or Google Play Store. 

Once you download it and enter your information on the registration screen, it will confirm you have a resident account here, email you a log-in link, and allow you to open the app.

PS: You get 2,000 rewards points just for activating your Community Rewards account!

Step #2: Find Nearby Perks

Now that you’re logged into the Community Rewards app, accessing the Nearby Perks marketplace is easy. Just tap on the tag icon at the bottom of your screen.

Then, you can start scrolling to see the great deals and discounts available from our local and national partners. 

When you see a perk you want to use, tap on it to see more details!

Step #3: Redeem a Perk

Redeeming a perk can be done in a few different ways, depending on what the business has designated for their unique offer.

To find out how to use the perk you have selected, just tap the Use Perk! button and follow the instructions.

Some businesses allow you to cash in on your deal online by entering a promo code at checkout. Other deals will link directly to ther website where you can purchase their product or sign up for their services.

However, if a deal must be redeemed at a physical store location, a pop-up box will appear to give you more instructions.

Perks are updated periodically, as well. So, if you don’t see something you want to use now, check back later for new and exciting deals!
